These Regulations for the use of Korda Apartments, further referred to as "Regulations", are an integral part of the confirmation of the rent of the apartment for a stay between the Guest and Korda Apartments. These Regulations define "Guest" as the person named in the booking form who receives the code to the reserved apartment. These Regulations define "Korda Apartments" as a company that owns Korda Apartments.
-Rules of booking-
1.The booking of an Apartment can be made by phone, e-mail, by visiting our website www.korda-apartments.pl or by using another booking service (e.g. booking.com).
2.While booking an apartment, the Guest is obliged to provide: a) the number of persons and the number of days of renting the apartment, b) name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address, d) number and expiry date of the payment card.
3. The fee for renting the apartment is charged in advance before arrival.
In case of non-returnable bookings, Korda Apartments can immediately charge the Guest's card and the entire amount due for the booking.
4.The fee for rent includes the payment for the stay in the apartment indicated in the booking for the number of people by the number of days indicated in the booking and the cost of used utilities (assuming normal use of these utilities) by the guest and persons accompanying , during the booking.
5.The fee for the stay in Korda Apartments is charged in advance according to the prices specified during the booking process and the price list in force.
6.The need to receive VAT invoices for the stay in Korda Apartments should be reported at the time of paying for the reservation or during the stay. It can be issued no later than 7 days from the date of payment.
7.The client cannot request Korda Apartments to refund the fee for renting the apartment in case the entire paid stay is not used by them.
8.Korda Apartments reserves the right to change the apartment to another of the same or higher standard.
9.Korda Apartments has the right to refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the Regulations, caused damage or disturbed the rules of good neighborly coexistence.
1.The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels in the amount of one change per 1 week / per stay.
2.Apartment is cleaned before arrival and after departure of the guest. Additional cleaning during the stay is possible for an additional fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR.
3.The apartment is equipped in particular with: a) electric cooker, b) electric kettle, c) coffee machine, d) hair dryer, e) TV set, f) welcome set, g) tableware, h) iron.
4. Guests are obliged to use these devices in a manner consistent with their purpose and the instruction manual located in the apartment.
5.Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to use electrical devices in the apartment that are not part of the equipment of the apartment.
-Rules of stay of Guests in the apartment-
1.Check-in lasts from 3 p.m. on the first day of the reserved period and ends at 12 p.m. on the last day of the reserved period.
2. It is possible to have earlier accommodation only if the conditions allow it: the apartment was not rented the previous day or if, despite the fact that it was rented, it is possible to prepare it for the time requested by the customer. The Guest is obliged to make a request for an earlier start of the hotel day no later than 2 working days before the first day of the planned stay in the apartment.
3rd Guest after prior reservation of the stay receives 2 access codes to the building and apartment to the e-mail address or phone number given during the reservation.
4.Immediately after entering the apartment, the Guest is obliged to check if the equipment of the apartment is compatible with the list placed in the apartment and if there are no damages. In case of any defects or shortages, please report them immediately to the representative of Korda Apartments. Failure to report any defects will result in charging the Guest for the defects and damage. Guests are also obliged to immediately inform Korda Apartments about any damage caused by them during their stay. The cost of such damage and its removal is covered by the Guest. Korda Apartments has the right to decide on the method of compensation.
5.The apartment cannot be occupied by more people than the number of people registered in the booking.
6.If the actual number of guests in the apartment exceeds the number of people registered in the reservation, Korda Apartments has the right to charge an additional fee for each unregistered person in the amount of the fee resulting from the reservation, or immediately dissolve the reservation without refund of the paid fee.
7.The night silence is valid from 23.00 to 7.00.
8.It is forbidden to organize social events troublesome for other residents of the building. In case of intervention of the Police or City Guard, Korda Apartments will impose a fine of 400 PLN /100 EUR.
9. In the apartment (also on the balcony) is completely non-smoking.
10.For violation of the smoking prohibition Korda Apartments will charge the Guest with a fine of 400 PLN / 100 EUR.
11.The Guest is responsible for the behaviour of persons accompanying him and visitors to the apartment.
12. Guest is not authorized to sub-rental the apartment or make it available to third parties.
13.The guest is obliged to secure the apartment each time he leaves it by closing the windows and entrance doors.
14. In case of a big messy place, the accommodation facility is entitled to charge a fee of 100 PLN/ 25 EURO for additional cleaning.
15.Guests are obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its purpose, not to remove any elements of its equipment from the apartment, as well as not to provide access codes to the main entrance and the apartment.
16.In the event of a gross or hooliganic violation of the rules of using the apartment, Korda Apartments is entitled to terminate the lease with immediate effect and remove the Guest and his/her accompanying persons from the apartment. Termination of the agreement does not entitle the Guest to demand the refund of the fee for renting the apartment.
-Responsibility of the Guest and Korda Apartments-
1.The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of any items of equipment, resulting from his or her fault (intentional or unintentional) or from the fault (intentional or unintentional) of accompanying or visiting persons. In case of damage caused by the Guest or his companion or visitor, the Guest will be charged a fee for destroyed/damaged items according to current market prices plus costs related to the purchase, transport, installation of damaged items. Korda Apartments as compensation for damage to property may also charge a fee from the Guest's credit card account, if the credit card details were provided to Korda Apartments during the reservation.
2. CCTV monitoring is installed in the common areas. It is used to improve the security of Korda Apartments guests. The CCTV data is stored for 14 days. CCTV data can be shared only with the relevant services.
-Arrival and access code-
1.Guests should arrive at the times specified by Korda Apartments employee.
The guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the rent, also in case of delay or shortening of the stay due to reasons beyond Korda Apartments' control.
2.After arrival, upon payment of the amount due under the rental agreement, the guest will receive a code to the intercom and a code to the apartment by e-mail or text message.
3.Guests are obliged to inform Korda Apartments at least one day before their arrival at the planned time. You can normally move in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and you must leave by 12 p.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with Korda Apartments.
NOTE: The access code to the apartment is generated for the duration of the guest's stay.
The access code is valid from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival to 12:00 hours on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with Korda Apartments.
